1. Scope and our role

This Privacy Policy applies to Densnap, a service operated by Atbit World LLC (“Densnap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Densnap mobile application, densnap.com, Densnap-hosted customer websites, managed inquiry forms, and related support services.

The policy covers information about Densnap account holders and prospective customers, visitors to customer websites, domain registrants, support correspondents, and people who report abuse or security concerns. Densnap is currently offered in the United States to people age 18 or older.

When someone submits an inquiry to a Densnap customer’s website, that customer business decides why it will use the inquiry. Densnap securely provides the form, protects it from abuse, stores the submission, and delivers it to that business. The business may have its own privacy practices for what it does after receiving the inquiry.

2. Information we handle

Account and authentication information

We process your email address, authentication provider, Densnap account identifier, session information, and related sign-in and security metadata. If you use email and password, Supabase Auth processes your password and stores its protected password hash. Densnap does not receive or store your plaintext password. If you choose Apple or Google sign-in, that provider supplies the identity information needed to authenticate you.

Business information and customer content

We process the information you provide to create and operate a website, such as a business name, description, services, prices, hours, phone number, email, location or service area, frequently asked questions, brand preferences, goals, and other business facts.

We also process files you choose to upload, which may include images, logos, PDFs, menus, flyers, documents, filenames, file types, hashes, and text extracted from those materials. Please do not upload private or sensitive personal information that is not needed for your business website.

Website projects, AI instructions, and generated material

We process generation requests, editing instructions, customer-visible conversations, relevant project context, generated website source, revisions, build and preview artifacts, Git commits, publication records, manifests, and job status events. We use this information to build, edit, preview, recover, undo, publish, host, and troubleshoot your website while preserving the last successful version when a later build fails.

Domain information

Domain searches and recommendations may include search terms, requested hostnames, availability results, selections, and order or lifecycle status. To register and manage a domain, we process the registrant’s legal name, email, phone number, street address, city, state, postal code, country, and organization when applicable.

Subscription information

We process product, billing period, store, transaction or event identifiers, subscription environment, entitlement status, renewal state, expiration, and subscription-management information. Apple processes App Store payments. Densnap does not receive your full payment-card number, CVV, or bank credentials.

Visitor inquiries and form-security information

A person who submits a customer website form may provide a name, email, phone number, message, inquiry details, and submission time. We also process technical information needed to secure the form, such as request headers, IP-derived request information, timestamps, rate-limit signals, and Cloudflare Turnstile results.

Diagnostics and communications

We process app and device version, request identifiers, build and job events, failures, performance information, and service logs to operate, secure, debug, and recover the service. If you contact us, we process your contact details, message, attachments, verification evidence, and resolution notes.

3. How we use information

We use the information described above to:

  • create, secure, authenticate, and restore Densnap accounts;
  • collect and organize the business information you choose to provide;
  • generate, edit, preview, publish, host, recover, and support websites;
  • recommend, register, connect, secure, renew, correct, and transfer domains;
  • verify subscriptions, restore purchases, and provide paid features;
  • receive, protect, store, and deliver visitor inquiries to the named business;
  • prevent spam, fraud, abuse, account takeover, and attacks;
  • diagnose failures, preserve reliable service, and improve product quality;
  • respond to support, privacy, legal, intellectual-property, and abuse requests;
  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, registry, security, and dispute obligations; and
  • enforce our Terms of Use.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and Densnap is not designed around advertising or third-party ad tracking.

4. AI website creation and editing

Densnap uses the OpenAI API to create and edit customer websites. Before Densnap sends customer information to OpenAI for the first time, the app explains the processing and asks the customer to affirmatively continue.

Depending on the request, Densnap may send the business facts you entered, relevant files or extracted text, your generation or editing instruction, and the bounded website context needed to produce the requested result. We do not intentionally send passwords, payment-card details, authentication secrets, unrelated customer projects, or infrastructure credentials.

Model training. OpenAI does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models by default, and Densnap does not opt customer content into model training. Under OpenAI’s default API practices, abuse-monitoring logs that may contain customer content can be retained for up to 30 days.

You may decline before AI processing begins. If you later withdraw permission, Densnap will stop new AI processing for your account, but that does not undo processing already completed with your permission or require deletion of information that must be retained for a permitted reason. Contact [email protected] for help. AI-generated content can contain mistakes, so customers should review important facts and claims before publishing.

5. Visitors to customer websites

Each Densnap-managed inquiry form identifies the business that will receive the submission. The form is intended for ordinary business inquiries, not sensitive records. Visitors and customers must not use it to submit or collect passwords, full payment-card information, Social Security numbers, health records, or similarly sensitive information.

Densnap stores and delivers the inquiry to the named customer business. That business is responsible for using the lead lawfully, safeguarding exported information, and providing any additional notice required for its own follow-up practices. A visitor with a question about a business’s later use should contact that business. Densnap can help with the managed form and its records at [email protected].

6. Domain registration information

The customer is the registrant and beneficial owner of a domain registered through Densnap. Densnap sends the required contact information to Cloudflare Registrar, the applicable domain registry, and ICANN-related participants where necessary to register, verify, renew, correct, transfer, or resolve the domain.

Registries and domain-governance participants may process this information under their own legal or contractual duties. Public registration data may be redacted where the applicable service and rules permit, but accurate underlying contact information is still required. Inaccurate or unverifiable information can cause a registration, renewal, or domain to be suspended or cancelled.

For correction or customer-friendly transfer assistance, contact [email protected]. We handle the practical transfer process, including eligible unlocking, authorization-code delivery, and coordination, subject to registry and ICANN restrictions.

7. Subscriptions and payments

Apple processes App Store subscription purchases and payment credentials. RevenueCat receives and normalizes subscription and transaction status. Densnap receives the product, store, transaction or event identifier, renewal, expiration, and entitlement information needed to provide access and support purchases. Densnap uses its permanent account identifier, not the customer’s email address, as RevenueCat’s primary customer identifier.

Deleting a Densnap account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription. Customers should manage or cancel billing through Apple. Densnap provides Restore Purchases for eligible subscriptions.

8. How information is disclosed

We disclose information only as needed for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Service providers. OpenAI, Cloudflare, Supabase, Google Cloud, RevenueCat, email-delivery services, and app build or delivery providers help operate specific parts of Densnap. See our Subprocessor List.
  • Apple or Google. Apple handles App Store distribution and subscriptions, and Apple or Google receives identity information only when you choose its sign-in option.
  • Customer businesses. A visitor’s inquiry is delivered to the business named on the form so that business can respond.
  • Domain participants. Required registrant information is disclosed to the registrar, registry, and ICANN-related participants for domain operations.
  • Legal, safety, and rights protection. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process, protect people or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
  • Business changes. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continued protection.
  • At your direction. We disclose information when you ask us to, such as when you publish business content or request a domain transfer.

9. How long we keep information

InformationDefault retention
Anonymous projects and related uploads or artifacts14 days unless claimed earlier
Claimed projects, uploads, source, builds, revisions, and conversationsWhile the project or account exists, unless deleted earlier
Visitor leads24 months from submission, unless the customer deletes them earlier
Ordinary operational and diagnostic logs90 days
Defined security and audit records12 months
Ordinary support correspondence24 months after resolution
Deleted customer content in backupsUnavailable for ordinary product use and aged out within 30 days
Deleted-login replay tombstone24 hours
OpenAI default API abuse-monitoring logsUp to 30 days
Domain, subscription, tax, accounting, fraud, dispute, and legal recordsOnly as long as needed for the applicable obligation or law

An active legal, security, fraud, accounting, dispute, domain, or regulatory matter may require narrowly scoped records to be kept longer. Those records are access-restricted, unavailable for ordinary product use, and removed when the applicable obligation ends. When a retention period expires, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the information unless an exception applies.

10. Security

Densnap uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. These include protected authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive domain-contact records, private build infrastructure, environment separation, rate limiting, anti-abuse controls, immutable build records, and monitoring intended to detect and recover from failures.

No service can promise absolute security. Customers should use a unique password, protect their devices and email account, and contact [email protected] if they suspect unauthorized access, fraud, phishing, malware, or a security issue.

11. Your privacy choices

Depending on your relationship with Densnap and applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal of optional consent, information about providers, or review of a denied privacy request. You can delete individual leads in Densnap and delete your account inside the app. Account deletion may require fresh authentication.

Deleting your account removes ordinary account data, projects, uploads, generated artifacts, publications, leads, and the Supabase identity. Published websites and managed forms are disabled or removed. A 24-hour hashed tombstone prevents replay of a previously valid identity token. If immediate deletion would strand a customer-owned domain, we may pause final deletion while we help transfer or lawfully resolve it.

See Privacy Choices for request instructions, identity verification, authorized agents, and appeals. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

12. Other important information

Age and eligibility

Densnap is for people age 18 or older who can enter a contract. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

United States service

Densnap is initially available only in the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate, subject to their contractual, security, and legal protections.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service, law, or providers change. We will post the updated version here and change the “Last updated” date. If a change materially alters how we use previously collected information, we will provide additional notice or seek consent when required.
