1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a contract between you and Atbit World LLC (“Densnap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for your use of the Densnap mobile application, densnap.com, Densnap-hosted websites, managed inquiry forms, domain services, and related support (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accepting these Terms, subscribing, registering a domain, publishing a website, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you use Densnap for a business or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms and act for that business or organization. Densnap is initially offered only in the United States.
2. What Densnap provides
Densnap helps customers provide business information, create and edit a website using AI, preview and publish that website, receive inquiries through a managed form, manage a qualifying subscription, and register and connect an eligible domain.
The Service includes Densnap’s mobile application, reusable website components, AI-assisted authoring workflow, isolated build system, hosting, managed forms, security controls, subscription entitlement system, and domain-management support. Features may depend on a compatible device, internet connection, active account, qualifying subscription, provider availability, and compliance with these Terms.
Some work continues on Densnap’s servers after you close the app, including generation, website builds, domain registration, DNS, and HTTPS provisioning. Status messages are estimates, not guarantees of immediate completion. Densnap preserves the last successful website when a later generation or edit fails.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless it results from Densnap’s failure to use reasonable security.
You may use available email, Apple, or Google authentication options. Supabase processes email/password credentials; Densnap does not store plaintext passwords. We may require fresh authentication for sensitive actions such as account deletion or domain transfer.
You may not sell, share, or transfer access in a way that defeats account security, subscription rules, domain ownership, or legal requirements. Contact [email protected] if you lose access or need to change an account email associated with an active domain.
4. Customer content, ownership, and permission
What you own
You retain ownership of the business facts, copy, photographs, logos, documents, trademarks, brand materials, and editing instructions you provide (“Customer Content”). You are also the registrant and beneficial owner of a domain registered for you through Densnap.
Permission needed to provide the Service
You grant Atbit World LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, extract, adapt, format, build, display, transmit, secure, and otherwise process Customer Content only as reasonably needed to provide, maintain, improve, and support the Service; comply with your instructions; protect the Service; and meet legal obligations. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for limited retention permitted by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your responsibilities
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority needed for Customer Content and the instructions you give us. You are responsible for reviewing what is published, keeping business and domain-contact information accurate, and ensuring that your business, claims, offers, and use of visitor information comply with applicable law.
What Densnap owns
Atbit World LLC owns Densnap’s application, platform, reusable templates and components, build system, managed forms, hosting and security systems, domain-management workflows, general tools, techniques, and improvements, and Densnap names and branding. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is authorized.
You may use your generated and hosted website for your business while entitled under these Terms. The MVP does not include export of the underlying Densnap/Astro source project. This does not limit your ownership of Customer Content or domain, and Densnap will reasonably assist with domain transfer as described below.
5. AI processing and customer review
Densnap uses the OpenAI API to create and edit websites. Before first AI processing, Densnap discloses that relevant business information, files, and instructions will be sent to OpenAI and asks you to affirmatively continue. The Privacy Policy explains this processing and provider retention.
AI output can contain mistakes, omissions, unexpected language, or material resembling third-party content. You must review important facts, prices, contact details, claims, regulated content, and legal notices before publication. You must not present AI output as professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice without qualified human review.
Densnap does not guarantee factual accuracy, legal compliance for your particular business, search ranking, lead volume, revenue, universal accessibility after arbitrary customer-directed customization, or freedom from every possible third-party claim. We do commit to operating the Service with reasonable care, validating website builds, and retaining the last successful version when a new generation or edit fails.
6. App Store subscriptions
Densnap offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. Both billing periods provide the same Densnap service during the applicable paid period. U.S. launch pricing is $24.99 per month or $254.99 per year. Twelve monthly payments total $299.88, so the annual plan saves $44.89, which rounds to 15%. The price, duration, included benefits, and any introductory terms are shown before purchase and confirmed by Apple.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless you cancel through Apple at least 24 hours before the current period ends, subject to Apple’s then-current rules.
- Apple manages payment credentials, billing, cancellation, and refund decisions.
- Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid-through period; it does not retroactively refund or shorten access.
- Restore Purchases is available for eligible subscriptions associated with the applicable Apple account and Densnap account.
- Deleting your Densnap account does not automatically cancel Apple billing.
You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your device’s subscription settings or at Apple’s subscription-management page. If a subscription expires, paid publishing, the public website, and its managed form may be disabled after the paid-through period. Densnap does not immediately delete the underlying project or leads solely because the subscription expires, subject to the retention rules in the Privacy Policy.
Purchase eligibility and entitlement are verified server-side. A delayed store notification may require a brief reconciliation period. Contact [email protected] if Apple shows an active purchase but Densnap has not restored access.
7. Included domain service
A qualifying Densnap subscription includes registration and management of one eligible domain, subject to availability, supported top-level domains, registry rules, accurate registrant information, and Densnap’s launch offer at the time of selection. A domain is not guaranteed until the registrar confirms registration.
You are the registrant and beneficial owner. Densnap manages the practical work of registration, DNS, HTTPS, connection, and renewal while the qualifying subscription remains active and renewable. You authorize Densnap to act as your technical and administrative agent for those limited purposes.
Registrant information
You must provide complete, current, and legally accurate registrant contact information and respond to any required verification. Inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable details can cause a registry or registrar to delay, suspend, cancel, or refuse a domain operation. Contact [email protected] to correct registrant information.
Availability and registration races
Availability can change between search, purchase authorization, and registration. If the selected domain becomes unavailable after subscription payment, Densnap will preserve the subscription and help you select another eligible included domain without a second subscription charge. We do not guarantee that a particular domain will remain available.
Renewal and expiration
Densnap attempts to renew an included domain while the qualifying subscription remains active and set to renew. Registration and renewal can still fail because of payment, registry, legal, verification, provider, or technical issues. Completed registrations and renewals are generally irreversible and non-refundable.
We provide renewal notices 60, 30, and 7 days before expiration, and notice after a failed renewal attempt or expiration. Notices are sent by email and shown in Densnap. You remain responsible for keeping your account email and domain-contact details current and acting on notices.
Cancelling the Densnap subscription does not immediately delete, surrender, or transfer the domain. Densnap-funded future renewal stops unless the qualifying subscription is restored. To keep the domain beyond the supported period, reactivate or contact us in time to arrange a transfer. An expired domain may enter a grace or redemption process with registry deadlines and additional costs outside Densnap’s control.
8. Domain transfers and account deletion
Densnap does not hold customer domains hostage. To transfer a domain, email [email protected] from the verified account email. We will help verify ownership, explain any active restriction, unlock the domain when eligible, provide the authorization code securely, coordinate the outgoing transfer, and remove only Densnap-managed DNS or hosting configuration after transfer is confirmed.
We target initiating an eligible transfer within five business days after verification and receipt of the required information. We cannot guarantee registry completion within five days. Transfers may be restricted after a new registration, recent transfer, or registrant-information change, and some top-level domains use different procedures.
You may delete your Densnap account inside the app. Before deletion, Densnap explains that account deletion does not cancel Apple billing. If immediate deletion would strand an active customer-owned domain, Densnap may pause final deletion while we transfer the domain, obtain your written direction, complete a required lock or verification period, or retain the minimum records needed to maintain or lawfully resolve it. We will explain the issue and provide support rather than silently abandoning or taking the domain.
9. Managed inquiry forms and leads
Densnap provides a protected managed form on published customer websites. The form tells visitors that their information will be shared with the named business so it can respond. Densnap secures, stores, and delivers the inquiry to the customer.
You agree to:
- use leads lawfully and only for appropriate business follow-up;
- honor applicable privacy, communications, and marketing rules;
- safeguard exported lead data;
- maintain accurate privacy information for any practices beyond Densnap’s managed form; and
- not request or collect passwords, full payment-card data, Social Security numbers, health records, or similarly sensitive information through the form.
Leads are retained for 24 months from submission unless you delete them earlier. You may organize, export, or delete leads within the features Densnap provides.
10. Acceptable use
You may not use Densnap to:
- commit fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware distribution, or deceptive practices;
- offer unlawful goods, services, or activity;
- infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- harass, threaten, exploit, promote hateful conduct, or distribute sexual-abuse material;
- collect prohibited sensitive information through a managed form;
- publish professional medical, legal, financial, safety, or emergency advice without appropriate qualified review;
- interfere with security, availability, providers, infrastructure, or another customer;
- scrape, reverse engineer, bypass limits, probe vulnerabilities, or access data without authorization, except where a right cannot lawfully be restricted;
- misrepresent domain ownership or provide false registrant information; or
- violate applicable law, registry rules, or App Store requirements.
Report suspected fraud, phishing, malware, unlawful content, or infringement to [email protected]. An intellectual-property report should identify the protected work, allegedly infringing location, reporter authority, contact information, and a good-faith basis for the request.
11. Suspension and termination
Densnap may investigate, restrict publishing, remove unlawful or dangerous content, suspend a website or account, preserve necessary evidence, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations. When circumstances reasonably allow, we will provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action is permitted for urgent security, legal, fraud, domain, provider, or safety risks.
Suspension does not transfer ownership of Customer Content or a customer-owned domain to Densnap. Domain transfer and legally required preservation may continue after suspension. Fees already processed by Apple remain subject to Apple’s refund rules.
You may stop using Densnap, cancel the subscription through Apple, transfer an eligible domain, and delete the account. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, limited retained permissions, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and domain resolution, continue after termination.
12. Service availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but websites, AI providers, registries, DNS, HTTPS, subscription systems, networks, and app platforms can fail or become unavailable. We may perform maintenance, change features, update provider integrations, or discontinue a feature. When a material change adversely affects active customers, we will give reasonable notice when practicable.
Densnap may use automated recovery, retries, and fallback URLs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, immediate domain or certificate activation, permanent availability of a specific hostname, or that third-party providers will continue every feature on unchanged terms.
We may update these Terms by posting the new version and changing the “Last updated” date. Material changes will receive additional notice where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance, except where law requires affirmative agreement.
13. Disclaimers, liability, and indemnity
Service disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” DENSNAP DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. THIS DOES NOT DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATBIT WORLD LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ATBIT WORLD LLC FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR DENSNAP DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and they are intended to allocate risk between the parties. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some limits may not apply to you.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Atbit World LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Customer Content, your business or published claims, your unlawful use of visitor information, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your material violation of these Terms. Densnap will promptly notify you and allow reasonable participation in the defense. This obligation does not cover a claim caused by Densnap’s own unlawful conduct.
14. Informal resolution, governing law, and courts
Before filing a lawsuit, you and Densnap agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Send a written description of the issue and requested resolution to [email protected]. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or complying with a legal deadline.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law applies. After the informal period, disputes will be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Either party may bring an eligible matter in small-claims court.
These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not contain a class-action waiver.
15. Additional Apple terms
If you obtain Densnap through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Atbit World LLC, not Apple. Atbit World LLC, not Apple, is responsible for Densnap and its content, maintenance, support, and handling of claims, subject to these Terms.
Your App Store license is limited to a non-transferable right to use Densnap on Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules, including access through Family Sharing or volume purchasing where Apple permits. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Densnap.
If Densnap fails to conform to an applicable warranty that cannot be disclaimed, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price for the app, if any, as required by its rules. Apple has no other warranty obligation to the maximum extent permitted by law. Apple is not responsible for product-liability, regulatory, consumer-protection, or intellectual-property claims relating to Densnap, except as required by law.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on a U.S. Government prohibited or restricted-party list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it.
16. General terms and contact
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and terms expressly presented for a specific transaction constitute the agreement concerning Densnap. If a specific Apple purchase term conflicts with these Terms for billing, Apple’s applicable term controls that billing issue.
You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets, provided the successor continues applicable obligations. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will continue. Headings are for convenience only.
