Densnap FAQ
Answers about starting a Densnap website, previews, subscriptions, domains, hosting, edits and customer inquiries.
Who is Densnap for?
Densnap is designed for small-business owners who need a website explaining their services and helping customers get in touch. Start with a clear business goal and review whether the generated site meets your needs.
What do I need to start?
Prepare your business name, type, description, location or service area, business email and website goal. Photos, a logo and existing documents can help when you have permission to use them.
Can I preview the website before subscribing?
The creation flow provides a website preview before the subscription and domain steps. Review the draft and its details before you choose to publish.
What does a subscription include?
The service brings together website creation, editing, hosting, publishing and managed inquiry forms. A qualifying subscription includes an eligible domain under the conditions shown in the offer. Review current prices and billing terms in checkout.
Is every domain included?
No. Domains are subject to availability, supported extensions, eligibility and the offer at selection. A domain is not guaranteed until registration completes.
When will my custom domain work?
Publishing, domain registration, DNS and HTTPS complete separately. A temporary Densnap address may be available while the custom domain is still being verified. Check the app’s domain status before sharing the custom address.
Can I edit my website?
You can request changes to your website in Densnap. Review the updated preview and check your business details before publishing changes.
Where do customer inquiries go?
Managed website forms send inquiries into Densnap for your business to review. Check the inquiries area and respond using your normal business channels. A form request is not automatically a booking or confirmed order.
How do I cancel?
Manage a web subscription through the Densnap billing portal; manage an Apple subscription through Apple subscription settings. Check the provider’s confirmation for the cancellation date. Account deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
What happens to my domain if I cancel?
Cancelling does not automatically transfer or surrender your domain. Densnap-funded future renewal stops without a qualifying renewable subscription. Contact support before expiry if you want to transfer and keep the domain.
